Periwinkle Rust (Puccinia vincae) infected by the hyper parasite Tuberculina sbrozzi

From Plant Parasites of Europe

or as

Stewart descibed it

Tuberculina sbrozzi is the fungus that can often be found on Greater Periwinkle.

This causes the leaves to become discoloured and deformed, far more so that when the rust is present
without the hyperparasite.
